OUR STORY & PHILOSOPHY
Hampi Ayllu was born in the heart of the Sacred Valley of Peru, where Andean and Amazonian peoples have cared for body, spirit, and land for thousands of years. We are a non-profit collective that weaves ancestral wisdom with today’s needs, creating spaces for healing, learning, and cultural exchange.
We exist because we believe that the keys to a healthy future are already held by indigenous communities. Our work honors their knowledge, supports their wellbeing, and invites people from around the world to walk in reciprocity with Pachamama and with one another.

Mission
Our mission is to protect and share ancestral Andean and Amazonian wisdom through community programs, healing retreats, and educational workshops. We co-create projects with local families and elders that support health, cultural continuity, and dignified livelihoods.
Vision
We envision a world where indigenous cultures are respected, their knowledge guides collective wellbeing, and communities live in balance with the Earth. Hampi Ayllu seeks to be a bridge between worlds, inspiring global awareness, solidarity, and care for future generations.

Ancestral Wisdom
We honor and learn from the millennial knowledge of Andean and Amazonian peoples, recognizing their practices as living medicine for our times.

Environmental Respect
We walk in harmony with Pachamama, promoting practices that protect water, soil, forests, and all living beings.

Community Care
We nurture strong, loving relationships within and between communities, creating safe spaces for healing, listening, and mutual support.

Integral Healing
We understand health as the balance of body, mind, spirit, and territory, and we support processes that care for all these dimensions together.

Reciprocity
Guided by the Andean principle of “ayni,” we practice mutual giving and receiving between people, communities, and the Earth.

Cultural Preservation
We accompany indigenous communities in keeping their languages, ceremonies, and artistic expressions alive, so they can be passed on with pride to future generations.
